Statesville Christmas Parade

The parade will be held on Sunday, December 11th, at 3:00PM. The line up for the parade entrants will begin at 1:30 PM. All parade participants should be at their line up location no later than 2:30 PM. You will be contacted with your line up location by Thursday, the week of the parade. Please complete the enclosed entry form and mail it, along with your payment in full (if applicable), to the above address. Entry forms must be received by December 7th, 2021. Thank you, John Campbell Parade Chairman ***RULES OF PARTICIPATION *** 1) ABSOLUTELY NO throwing of candy or other objects from moving vehicle; walkers may hand out candy. 2) NO stopping of procession to perform dance, cheer, or other routines. 3) ALL motorcyclists and passengers MUST wear helmets (in correct position) and you may not “hot-dog”. 4) NO live Santa Clauses are allowed in your group; Santa will appear at the end of the parade. 5) Any animal/horse entry is responsible for having a designated person to follow animals and remove animal waste immediately. 6) Depot Hill is NOT a staging area; this area is reserved for tractor-trailers and emergency vehicles only. 7) All participant entry fees are a donation to charity and non-refundable. Any violation of these rules may result in your entry being removed from the parade
